All the attendees are kindly invited by the Mayor of Palma de Mallorca to a welcome reception in the Town Hall. After the reception, a guided tour around Old City will be offered to all the ETFA2009 attendees.

The technical visit to TIRME facilties consists on a guided tour in an automated urban waste recycling plant.

The plant is located 15km apart from Palma de Mallorca and offers to the visitors the Mallorca Environmental Technologies Park, where apart from the installations at the different plants and transference centres found throughout the island of Majorca, the installations concentrates the handling of the largest and most complex recycling and recuperation of materials and energy (www.tirme.com).

The buses will depart from the University and the they will come back to the city of Palma of Mallorca, at the hotels area

The conference banquet will be served at Gran Casino de Mallorca.

At 20.00 the buses will depart from different hotels. This information will be notified during the conference.

After the technical program, a leisure excursion is programmed for attendees and accompanying persons to one of the most beautilful villages in Mallorca Island: Valldemossa.
